New Jersey’s Boraie Development Sponsors Free Movies for Families

According to the New Jersey Stage article “State Theatre Announces Free Movies Throughout Summer of 2016”, the State Theatre will be bringing back the Free Summer Movie Series.

This event is sponsored by The Provident Bank Foundation and Boraie Development. With movies like Frozen, Monsters University, Aladdin, and Despicable Me 2, moviegoers will be able to watch their favorite movies free of charge. The experience includes a state-of-the-art HD projection system with over 1,850 seats in a restored theatre. They can either sit on the balcony like the glory days of the silver screen or they can sit downstairs.

The Executive Director of The Provident Bank Foundation, Jane Kurek claims that they are ecstatic to provide an opportunity for all families to enjoy these different movies over the summer. The lineup has six great films that are always a hit with families.

State Theatre Vice President of Development and Strategic Partnerships, Anna Marie Gewirtz wanted to present affordable programming that is geared towards creating an experience for families. It also provides year-round events free of charge within the community. They are hoping to reach a record number of families this summer, with a goal of 7,500 people
